Cross Point Church is raising $67,500 for missions this Christmas, supporting Speed the Need, an orphanage in Zimbabwe, and a medical clinic in Myanmar. Pastor Chris encourages contributions above regular giving to help these vital partnerships.
Merry Christmas, Cross Point! As we enter this festive season, it’s time for our annual Christmas offering, and I want to extend a heartfelt challenge to each of you. This year, we aim to raise $67,500 to support missions both in Lraange and around the globe.
We are excited to partner with three incredible ministries this Christmas:
Our first partnership is with Speed the Need. This initiative focuses on providing essential resources and support to those in need. Our goal is to cover a month of their operational expenses, ensuring they can continue their vital work.
Next, we are supporting Nurro, our orphanage located in Zimbabwe. This contribution will also cover one month of their operating expenses, allowing them to provide care and support to the children who rely on their services.
Lastly, we are collaborating with Ethne Global Ministries in Myanmar. Our church in Pthane is working diligently to purchase land for a new medical clinic. This facility will serve the community for years to come, and we plan to send teams to assist and serve there regularly.
I invite you to join us in this mission by contributing to the Christmas offering. It’s important to note that the term "offering" refers to contributions made above and beyond your regular giving. While we encourage you to continue your regular donations, this is a unique opportunity to give extra and make a significant impact on our partners:
As we celebrate this Christmas season, let’s come together to support these vital missions. Your generosity can help change lives and bring hope to many. I look forward to seeing you in the coming weeks as we celebrate Advent together. Merry Christmas!
