The verse states: "Sebab kuk yang menekannya dan gandar di atas bahunya serta tongkat si penindas telah kau patahkan seperti pada hari kekalahan Midian." This passage speaks to the liberation from oppression and the breaking of burdens that weigh heavily on our shoulders. It serves as a powerful reminder that we are not alone in our struggles.
Historically, the people of Israel faced numerous challenges, often trying to resolve their issues through their own strength. Unfortunately, this led them deeper into sin and despair. Their hearts became hardened, and they lost sight of their purpose as a chosen people meant to be an example to the nations.
