Discover how I automated 99% of my work using a $20 AI tool called Claude Cowork, creating three key automations for content creation, lead research, and client onboarding. This system saves me hours weekly and can be sold to clients for $2,000 a month, generating $6,000 monthly revenue. Learn the setup, benefits, risks, and sales strategy to replicate this success.
Last month, I automated 99% of my work—not just in theory, but an actual, fully functioning content pipeline and client management system that runs by itself. Every time I publish a video, it automatically generates LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, email newsletters, and short-form clips without me lifting a finger.
Additionally, my lead research system posts 20 qualified prospects every morning before I even wake up, complete with names, pain points, and suggested opening messages waiting in my inbox. My client onboarding process, which used to take four hours per new client, now takes zero manual effort. Welcome emails, project setup, intake forms, folder creation, and status updates all happen automatically.
All of this runs on one tool that cost me just $20 a month and took only one weekend to set up. But here’s the part nobody talks about: I’m not only showing you how to build this system—I’m showing you how to sell the exact same system to others for $2,000 a month. Let me explain.
There are three levels of AI currently:
Chat: This is where most people are, using tools like ChatGPT or Gemini. You type a question, get a response, and copy-paste manually. It’s useful but requires manual effort every time.
Automation: Tools like Zapier or Make connect apps and run workflows based on triggers. However, these tools don’t think or make judgment calls—they simply connect apps.
Agents (Co-work): This is the next level—AI that reads your files, connects to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, and coordinates multiple tasks across apps. It makes decisions based on context. This is called co-work.
The tool I use is called Claude Cowork, launched in January 2026. It already has 30 million monthly active users and has doubled paying subscribers this year. It even hit number one on the Apple App Store in March. This is mainstream technology, not niche.
Here’s how to build your own automation system:
Create a project folder called co-work OS with three subfolders: content, lead, and onboarding. Each folder corresponds to one automation. Keep your folders clean and organized because co-work reads your folder structure, and messy folders lead to messy output.
Open the connector panel and connect apps like Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Google Calendar, Canva, and Microsoft. For my automations, I connected Gmail, Google Drive, and Notion.
Inside your project folder, there’s a file called MD where you specify how co-work should behave—your tone, formatting rules, brand voice, what to include or skip. Without this, co-work produces generic output.
Skills are pre-built workflows triggered by a comment, like saved recipes. I built a skill for each automation: run content pipeline, pull morning lead, and onboard new client. Triggering a skill fires the entire workflow.
Note: Scheduled tasks require your computer to be on; if you close your laptop, scheduled runs won’t fire.
The tool costs only $20 a month for the pro version, with no additional subscriptions or API fees.
Before automation, creating a LinkedIn post, three Twitter threads, an email newsletter, and five short-form scripts from a YouTube video took me 6-7 hours weekly.
Now, I feed co-work the video transcript and a voice document. It generates all content in my style, including my voice and formatting. Triggering the skill produces LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, newsletters, and clip scripts in minutes.
I still edit the output for quality, which takes about 20 minutes, reducing my total time from 7 hours to 30 minutes per video. That’s 300 hours saved annually on just one automation.
Finding qualified leads manually is tedious and takes 2-3 hours daily. My lead research automation scans LinkedIn every morning for founders, coaches, agency owners, and consultants posting about overwhelm or manual work struggles.
It compiles a list of 20 qualified prospects, summarizes their pain points based on recent posts, and suggests personalized opening messages. I wake up to a ready-to-use list of warm leads, not cold templates.
This automation alone pays for the $20 monthly subscription many times over.
Onboarding a new client used to take 3-4 hours, including welcome emails, project setup, intake forms, folder creation, status updates, and calendar invites.
Now, the client fills out one intake form, and co-work automatically creates the project folder in Google Drive, sends welcome emails, sets up tracking documents in Notion, schedules kickoff calls on Google Calendar, and updates the master client list.
This automation eliminates onboarding bottlenecks and allows scaling from 3 to 10 clients without adding onboarding hours.
There are risks to be aware of:
Acknowledging these risks and following best practices is crucial.
Here’s the secret: you can build the exact same automations for other businesses and charge $2,000 a month for maintenance and updates.
Focus on founders, agency owners, coaches, consultants, and course creators who post about being overwhelmed or drowning in manual work. They don’t need to know about co-work; they just want relief from tedious tasks.
Send a personalized DM like this:
Hey [Name], I saw your post about [specific pain point]. I automated that exact process for my business last week using an AI agent in just one weekend. Want me to build the same system for you? I’ll do the first one free.
No pitch, no sales page—just a specific observation and an offer to fix their problem for free.
Start with a free pilot to prove value, then lock in the retainer after seven days of results.
Send 10 personalized messages per week to prospects who posted about overwhelm. Record a 90-second Loom video showing their specific problem and how your automation solves it. Attach this video to your DM to stand out.
Messages get clients, not tools.
I’ve shared the tool, the automations, the DM templates, pricing framework, and free pilot strategy—more than most paid courses offer.
The gap between watching this and landing your first client is execution: follow-ups, objection handling, pipeline reviews, and converting conversations into clients.
I teach this full system in my free live training called "From Zero Clients to First Paying Client in 28 Days," covering offer creation, outreach, follow-ups, and scaling.
If you want to learn the full system live with Q&A, join the training this Friday at 11:00 a.m. PDT.
