In this blog post, Brandon and Diana discuss the current global events and their prophetic implications, emphasizing the importance of spiritual awareness and preparedness for the challenges ahead. They draw parallels with biblical prophecies, particularly from the book of Jeremiah and Matthew 24, urging believers to rise above worldly concerns and focus on their faith as they navigate the end times.
Good morning, family! Thank you for joining us today. It’s Brandon and Diana again, and we have some pressing matters on our hearts. As we observe the world around us, it’s clear that significant events are unfolding. From natural disasters to geopolitical tensions, we feel a stirring in the spirit that something major is about to take place.
In recent times, we have witnessed a surge in earthquakes, wars, and rumors of wars, particularly with escalating tensions involving Iran. The economy has also shown signs of distress, with the stock market experiencing drastic drops—1,500 points one day and 2,000 the next. Many people are left wondering, "What is going on?"
In my prayers, I have been asking the Lord for clarity amidst this chaos. He directed me to the book of Jeremiah, highlighting the challenges faced by the prophet as he warned the people of impending judgment. Jeremiah was often persecuted for delivering messages that were difficult for the people to hear. This resonates with our current situation, where many prophetic voices are speaking, but not all are delivering the truth.
The Lord has shown me that many ministers are operating at a lower level, akin to chickens pecking at the ground, rather than soaring like eagles with a broader perspective. To truly understand the times we are in, we must elevate our vision and seek the Lord from a higher vantage point.
As we consider whether we are living in the end times, we can turn to Matthew 24, where Jesus outlines what to expect:
These signs indicate that we are at the beginning of sorrows, not a time of ease and comfort. The Lord has warned us that hard times are ahead, and we must prepare ourselves spiritually.
Jesus reminds us that those who endure to the end will be saved. The gospel will be preached throughout the world, and then the end will come. We are witnessing a unique opportunity for the gospel to reach every corner of the earth, aided by technology like Starlink, which allows for unprecedented access to information.
Despite the challenges, I believe we are on the brink of a great awakening. The Lord is pursuing the lost, and we will see a glorious church rise up. However, we must be aware that many false prophets will arise, leading people astray. It is crucial to discern the truth and not be swayed by messages that do not align with Scripture.
As we navigate these turbulent times, we must remain vigilant and spiritually prepared. The Lord has shown me that significant events are on the horizon, including potential terrorist threats and natural disasters. We must not be complacent but rather stay alert and prayerful.
The church must rise to the occasion, embracing its role as a beacon of hope and truth. We are called to love and forgive, even those who have wronged us. This is not just about personal relationships but also about the broader community of believers. We must let go of bitterness and embrace the love of Christ, which empowers us to move forward.
In closing, I urge you to keep your eyes on Jesus and remain steadfast in your faith. The signs of the times are evident, and we must not be caught off guard. Let us rise up as a united body of Christ, ready to face the challenges ahead with courage and faith. Remember, Jesus is coming back, and we must be prepared to meet Him.
