- Panthers vs. Cowboys: We both favored the Panthers, and they came through as a best bet.
- Ravens vs. Rams: Steve had a tough loss on the over, which was significantly below expectations.
Overall, I ended the week down 4.8 units, while Steve was down 4.9 units. Despite this, we maintained a solid record against the spread, with a 56% strike rate on our best bets this year.
Week 7 Betting Predictions
- Line: Steelers -5.5, Total 42.5
- Analysis: I believe the Bengals will keep it close, so I'm betting on them with 2 units at +5.5. Historically, the Steelers have struggled on Thursday nights.
Rams vs. Jaguars (London Game)
- Line: Rams -3, Total 45.5
- Analysis: I'm going under 45.5 for 2 units. The Rams' offense is impacted by injuries, and the Jaguars have not performed well recently.
Eagles vs. Vikings
- Line: Vikings +2.5, Total 43.5
- Analysis: The Vikings are coming off a bye, and I see them winning this game. I'm placing 2 units on the Vikings.
Patriots vs. Titans
- Line: Patriots -7, Total 42.5
- Analysis: The Titans have fired their head coach, and I believe the Patriots will dominate. I'm teasing the Patriots down to -1.
Panthers vs. Jets
- Line: Jets +1.5, Total 42.5
- Analysis: I refuse to bet on the Jets due to their poor performance. I'm passing on this game.
Raiders vs. Chiefs
- Line: Chiefs -11.5, Total 45.5
- Analysis: I lean towards the Raiders due to the large spread, but I will take the Chiefs for my Survivor pick this week.
Dolphins vs. Browns
- Line: Dolphins +2.5, Total 40.5
- Analysis: I'm passing on this game due to concerns about the Dolphins' locker room dynamics.
Saints vs. Bears
- Line: Saints +5.5, Total 46.5
- Analysis: I’m placing 1 unit on the Saints. The Bears are coming off a short week and may struggle.
