Many online sources make achieving perfect biomarkers and blood work seem complicated and difficult. They often suggest tracking dozens of blood markers, taking numerous supplements, following meticulous diets, and exercising for hours daily. However, the reality is much simpler.
I personally do not take more than 10 supplements, nor do I track hundreds of biomarkers monthly. I don’t spend hours at the gym or follow a super strict diet, yet my biomarkers consistently remain optimal across over 100 markers. This is not due to any secret hack but rather a focus on six fundamental health pillars.
In this article, I will explain how I achieved perfect blood and health markers and the simple habits that significantly impact metabolic health, inflammation, and long-term longevity.
From age 20 to 28, I trained extensively, about 7 to 10 hours per week, building significant muscle mass. By 2021, I reached my peak natural muscle mass at around 86 kg lean. Currently, I maintain similar muscle strength with only about 4 hours of exercise weekly, weighing 81 kg and being slightly leaner.
