Learn how to incorporate these breathwork methods into daily routines and sexual energy practices for enhanced pleasure and healing.
My name is Natalie, and I have been teaching and practicing tantric meditations, inner work, emotional healing, and tantric practices for many years. Through this journey, I have learned that breathwork is a fundamental component of working with sexual energy and overall well-being.
On this channel, I share various practices, philosophies, and tips for those interested in sexual energy work, semen retention, and tantric techniques. While my perspective is from a woman's point of view, I also offer valuable insights for men practicing these arts.
Today, I want to focus on breathwork—specifically three tantric breathing techniques that have profoundly impacted my life and can enhance your sexual energy practice.
Breath is the energy of air, often associated with the element of air or prana in tantric and yogic traditions. It helps move energy up and down the spine through the seven chakras, relaxes the body and mind, and promotes physical and emotional health.
Many people underestimate the power of conscious breathing. Often, we breathe shallowly or incorrectly, which can cause stress rather than relaxation. When working with sexual energy, improper breathing can even counteract your intentions.
If I had to recommend one practice that could change the world, it would be breathwork. Becoming aware of your breath and learning to control and deepen it can transform your physical, emotional, and mental health.
Most people breathe shallowly, taking short breaths in and out. This type of breathing can create tension and stress in the body. When combined with sexual energy work, it may hinder the flow and raise tension instead of releasing it.
To truly benefit from tantric practices, it is essential to develop deeper, more controlled breathing techniques.
Originating from yoga, Ujjayi breath is a deep, controlled breathing technique that involves slightly constricting the throat to create a soft hissing sound.
This breath helps relax the body, relieve pain, and promote healing. It may take some practice to master, but with time, it becomes natural and deeply calming.
Also known as Kapalabhati in yoga, this breath is energetic and invigorating, originating from the stomach or solar plexus area.
This breath activates the solar plexus, the center of fire and energy, helping to raise sexual energy upward instead of letting it dissipate. It can be practiced at the beginning, middle, and end of your sexual energy work.
The root chakra, located at the base of the spine, holds much tension in the body, often causing the anus to clench unconsciously. This tension blocks energy flow and can negatively affect well-being.
This practice helps release stored tension in the root chakra, allowing sexual energy to flow more freely and enhancing overall vitality.
Once you become comfortable with these breathing techniques, you can incorporate them into your sexual energy practices:
Additionally, practicing these breaths during meditation or masturbation sessions, whether ejaculating or practicing semen retention, can deepen your experience and connection with your body.
I encourage you to practice these three breathing techniques daily to become familiar and comfortable with them. Breathwork is a powerful tool that can transform your physical health, emotional balance, and sexual energy.
Start slowly, observe how each breath affects your body and energy, and continue with the techniques that resonate most with you.
I plan to create a guided meditation video soon that will include breathwork and energy exercises. If you are interested, please let me know.
