What is the Library, and where do my files go? - Magica Help Center

The Library is your workspace-wide collection of generated and uploaded assets in Magica. Use it to upload, preview, organize, favorite, reuse, download, or delete images, video, audio, and files.

Library, task files, and Project Files

Library	Assets available across your selected workspace	Store and reuse media and files

Project Files	Files treated as context for every task in a project	Keep shared reference material with ongoing work

Memory is different from file storage. Memory keeps useful facts and preferences. It is not a replacement for uploading a source document.

Use a Library asset in a task

Click Attach in the composer and choose an existing Library asset.
Type @ in the composer to mention an asset.
Upload a new file directly when it is only needed for the current work.

Library content is scoped to the account or workspace currently selected in Magica. Open the Library
