Connected apps let Super Agent work with supported services you already use. Depending on the app and the permissions you grant, Magica may be able to find information, create content, or take actions as part of a task. Examples include:
  • Google: Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
  • Communication: Slack
  • Work management: Linear, Jira, and Notion
  • Development: GitHub
  • Storage: Dropbox
The catalog changes as integrations are added or updated. Open Settings → Integrations to see the current apps and actions available to your workspace.

Are integrations the same as a skills library?

Connected apps are Magica’s customer-facing way to extend Super Agent into your own services and data. Magica also has built-in tools for browsing, coding, file handling, research, and media creation. There is no separate setup required for those built-in capabilities. You do not need to connect apps before using Magica. Connect an app only when a task needs information from your account or needs to take an action there.

Connect an app

  1. Open Settings from the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Select Integrations.
  3. Choose an available app and complete its secure authorization flow.
You can also use the Connect apps cable icon in the task composer.

Use a connected app

Tell Super Agent both the source and the outcome. For example:
Find the project notes in my connected workspace, summarize the decisions, and draft a follow-up message. Do not send it.
Be explicit when you want Magica to draft, create, update, send, or delete something.

Permissions and workspace scope

Magica can only use access granted through the connection. Integrations are scoped to the personal or team workspace currently selected. You can disconnect an app from Settings → Integrations. If an app is not supported, Magica may be able to help through its browser, but it cannot bypass logins, permissions, or site restrictions.
